Kripalu Yoga Centre
Based in Dorking, Surrey the Kripalu Yoga Centre practices a compassionate,
three-stage approach yoga method.
Working at your pace and honouring your body's needs, Kripalu yoga develops
the body, mind and spirit in a compassionate, non-competitive and non-judgemental
way - you leave the classes feeling uplifted and grounded.
Regular day and evening classes are held at the studio from Monday to
Saturdays (see class timetables for full details).
Our Yoga Centre is friendly, peaceful and all are welcome to practice.
