the Kripalu Yoga centre

Yoga at the Centre is taught in a beautiful light and airy room (45ftx30ft). One side of the studio is lined with large windows, which look out onto trees. The centre is known for its peace and quiet. Click here for directions to the Kripalu Yoga Centre.

There is also a washroom/changing room and well equipped healing room and reception/meeting room. The Centre prides itself on cleanliness and décor. The centre has been completely renovated and been blessed by Hindu monks at an opening Marriage Ceremony which was held in July 2003.

The Centre has a close friendship and working relationship with the Bhaktivedanta Manor in Watford. The Manor continues to support us and is looking forward, as we are, to many more workshops given by them, at the Centre in the near future.
